How Rainbet Free Spins Are Credited and When They Expire
Rainbet free spins are linked to the platform’s Rewards area rather than being credited as cash directly to your balance. For New Zealand players, the key details are the required VIP level, the Wednesday release schedule, the selected Pragmatic Play game and the expiry information shown in the account. This rainbet guide explains how the process works and which terms still need checking before you play.
How Rainbet free spins are credited
Rainbet lists weekly free spins as a Rewards benefit. They are not described as an automatic cash payment, and the available reward should appear in the Rewards section when the account meets the relevant conditions. The promotion is tied to activity and rank, so the number and value of spins can vary.
Gold rank is the published starting point
Weekly free spins are available to Gold rank and above. Gold is the third named tier in the VIP structure, following Bronze and Silver. The published schedule places the reward on Wednesdays, with the selected game supplied by Pragmatic Play. The exact spin count and value depend on recent activity and are not fixed publicly.
When do the free spins expire?
The available information does not provide one universal expiry period for every free-spin reward. Rainbet’s rewards material says that the account’s claim timer controls the practical deadline. Calendar rewards can also expire when the next cycle begins, so players should check the individual reward instead of relying on a general assumption.
Check the timer before claiming
Open the Rewards area and review the free-spin entry, including its claim status and any displayed countdown. A reward that is visible but unclaimed may not remain available indefinitely. If the timer is unclear, ask support before wagering, since the exact deadline may depend on the promotion attached to the account.
Which game receives the free spins?
The weekly reward is assigned to a selected Pragmatic Play slot. It is not presented as a balance that can be transferred freely between games. The selected title, spin quantity and any applicable winnings conditions should be visible in the account when the reward is issued.
Game selection and winnings
Sweet Bonanza is also named in Rainbet’s welcome-promotion information, but that does not prove it is the weekly VIP free-spin game every week. The free-spin value is not published. Read the in-account terms carefully, especially if winnings are subject to wagering or a separate withdrawal condition.
Other Rainbet rewards with different schedules
Free spins are only one part of the Rewards system. Rakeback can be claimed every 15 minutes, while daily, weekly, pre-monthly, monthly and reload rewards follow separate cycles. These products should not be confused with weekly free spins because their release times and expiry rules differ.
Reward timing is shown in UTC
The published calendar uses UTC: daily rewards reset at 00:00, weekly rewards at Monday 00:00, pre-monthly rewards on the 16th, and monthly rewards on the 1st at 00:00. The table below separates these schedules from the Wednesday free-spin release.
| Reward | Published timing | Key detail |
|---|---|---|
| Weekly free spins | Every Wednesday | Gold rank and above |
| Rakeback | Every 15 minutes | Claimable through Rewards |
| Daily reward | 00:00 UTC | Build-up period reported as 72 hours |
| Weekly reward | Monday 00:00 UTC | Separate from free spins |
| Monthly reward | 1st of each month, 00:00 UTC | Cycle uses UTC |
How to check and claim free spins
A simple account check can prevent confusion over whether spins have been credited or have already expired. Use the Rewards dashboard rather than assuming that a promotion has been added to the wallet. The following steps apply to the information Rainbet publishes about its rewards area.
Use the account dashboard first
- Sign in and open the Rewards section.
- Find the weekly free-spin entry and read the selected game, quantity and timer.
- Claim the reward before the displayed deadline.
- Open the named Pragmatic Play slot and check the available spin balance.
- Review any winnings condition before requesting a withdrawal.
If the entry is missing, confirm that the account has the required Gold rank or higher and that the weekly cycle has started. Rainbet live chat is available 24/7, and the published support email is [email protected].
Bonus terms that can affect withdrawals
Free spins may sit alongside other bonus rules, so the wider account status matters. Rainbet’s official welcome-bonus information describes a 40x wagering requirement based on the deposit plus bonus. It also says deposits must be wagered once before withdrawal or tipping. These rules are separate from the weekly free-spin schedule.
The published bonus material also says that bonus funds cannot be withdrawn while active, and that restrictions may apply once play begins. Do not treat searches for rainbet no deposit bonus codes or a rainbet no verification casino as confirmation of an official offer. No official no-deposit promotion was identified, and identity checks may be required.
What New Zealand players should verify
Rainbet uses crypto-based wallets, and NZD support is not confirmed in the available information. Minimum deposit information reported by reviews is $15, while the minimum withdrawal in the terms is $15; the dollar symbol is not confirmed as New Zealand dollars. Crypto withdrawals are estimated at 5 to 15 minutes of operator processing, followed by blockchain time.
| Account detail | Published or reported figure | What to confirm |
|---|---|---|
| Minimum withdrawal | $15 | Currency and network availability |
| Minimum deposit | $15 reported | Whether the method accepts New Zealand users |
| Withdrawal processing | 5–15 minutes | Blockchain confirmation time |
| Minimum age | 18+ | Identity and eligibility requirements |
New Zealand’s online-casino rules are changing. Rainbet has an Anjouan licence, not a confirmed New Zealand licence, and offshore access should not be treated as DIA approval. Check the current legal position before registering. For gambling support, contact Gambling Helpline on 0800 654 655.
Conclusion
Rainbet free spins are a Gold-level-or-higher weekly reward, normally released on Wednesdays for a selected Pragmatic Play slot. Their value and quantity are activity-based, while the account timer is the safest guide to expiry. Check the Rewards dashboard, read the attached terms and confirm currency, eligibility and withdrawal conditions before using any promotion.
